I spent months navigating the credentialing process on my own. I called payers, waited on hold, submitted applications, got rejected for missing documents, called again. There was no single guide, no structured workflow, no way to track what I'd done or what was left.
The alternatives I found did not solve the ownership problem. Credentialing services can be expensive and still depend on the therapist to gather every document. Platform credentialing can feel easier at first, but it can also mean depending on someone else's payer relationships instead of building contracts that stay with your practice.
I built Self Paneling Method because the process itself isn't hard — it's opaque. Once you understand the sequence, the documents, and the follow-up cadence, you can do it yourself. And when you do, every contract is yours. Forever.
